MTB Foundations - Teen - Eastern Washington

In the MTB Foundations - teen, we teach you everything you need to have fun and be a confident trail rider in a friendly youth environment. New and experienced riders can all benefit from a focus on learning fundamental mountain bike handling and techniques. We focus on proper balance and body position and add a host of vital skills including braking, climbing, descending, and tight turns. We will then practice these skills on the trail. For Ages 13-15.
