Ride Description: This ride is a CO-ED ride. This is a technical faster-paced ride and not for beginners. There will be a long uphill climbing at the start. Ride distance is about 10+ miles.

Route: About the Trails: We will ride Master Link and possibly Quick Link semi-technical steep uphill trails.  We will ride either of the flowing depending on weather conditions and group choice: East Summit (Blue), ET (steep Blue), Close Encounters (steep black), OTG (black with drops), NOTG (black with drops), Joy Ride (Blue), NW Timber (Green/Blue with climbing), Lower Preditor (Double Black), and others.

Skill Level:
Advanced Intermediate — capable of technical climbing and descending on single black trails.

Pace:
Moderate to Fast — continuous pace with fewer stops; expect a good workout and minimal breaks.

Crank Sisters has a no-drop policy – we will regroup often.

Our rides follow a “no drop” policy — no rider will be left behind. However, if a rider’s skill level or equipment is not suitable for the planned route, for safety and group integrity, the rider may be asked to return to the start with an escort. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Age: This ride is limited to 18+ years old unless riding with a parent or guardian.  All riders need to meet the above experience requirements.

E-Bikes:  King County Parks adopts the same position as DNR: You can legally use E-Bikes on trails if you have an ADA place card in your car. Here is the link to trails that allow E-Bikes without needing an ADA card: https://www.evergreenmtb.org/ebikeaccess.
