Evergreen Crank Sisters Beginner / Intermediate Level Ride . This is a social ride for beginner and intermediate riders. There is no set mileage for this ride, we'll be working on individual skill building from a fixed location so riders can drop in and out as your schedules allow. Come join us after work for some weekday MTB fun right in the heart of the city!

"Why Pump Track?":

  • Pump tracks are excellent for developing essential skills like cornering, weighting and unweighting the bike, jumping, and generating momentum through body movements rather than pedaling. It's also an excellent way to get a quick workout in at the the end of the day.
  • Beginner-Friendly:
They provide a safe and predictable environment for new riders to learn and practice, with low consequences for mistakes like casing a jump.
  • Endurance and Fitness:
Riding a pump track is a physically demanding workout that builds strength, coordination, and endurance, similar to a full-body exercise.
  • Refining Technique:
For experienced riders, pump tracks offer a unique opportunity to perfect pumping technique and body-bike separation, skills that translate to any terrain.

This ride is limited to 18+ years old unless riding with a parent or guardian.
