Have you been wanting to explore the Raging River trails, but not sure where to start? Or maybe you've done a million laps on Poppin' Tops, but never had a crew to venture with down CCDH or Reverence. This event is for you!

We'll offer 3 different ride options, depending on who wants to ride which trails. Route options could include:

  1. [Blue] Lower Poppin' Tops / Flow State
    Approx. 1.5-2 hours
    5 miles, 1000 ft gain
  2. [Blue/Spicy Blue] Executive Decision + Ferdinand the Bull
    Approx. 2-3 hours
    9 miles, 1600 ft gain
  3. [Very Spicy Blue] CCDH
    Approx. 3-4 hours
    13 miles, 2900 ft gain
  4. [Black] Reverence
    Approx. 3-4 hours
    12 miles, 2300 ft gain

This event is for Intermediate or Advanced riders who are 18+ and identify as female. Crank Sisters has a no-drop policy, and we will regroup often.

Logistics

You will need a Discover Pass to park in the upper lot. If parking is full (as it can be on busy weekends), there is typically ample parking along the road. We will meet in the upper lot, just behind the yellow gate, approximately here. Not sure where that is? If you're walking toward the trailhead, look for the bathrooms, then keep walking ~50 yards to your left, through the parking lot.

Plan for a long, steady climb (which we take at a social, conversational pace) and be sure to bring enough water and snacks to ensure you have the fuel needed to get to the top and back safely.

Equipment

Please bring a mountain bike in good working order, helmet, gloves, water, snacks, and a repair kit with spare bike tube. This ride is specifically for MOUNTAIN BIKES. E-Bikes are NOT permitted within King County BDOS. More on E-Bikes: King County Parks adopts the same position as DNR: You can legally use E-Bikes on trails if you have an ADA placard in your car. Here is the link to trails that allow E-Bikes without needing an ADA card: https://www.evergreenmtb.org/ebikeaccess
