RAGING RIDGE WORK PARTY!
I have enough weedwhackers for a few people to join in on the excitment of BRUSHING. Trails dont brush themselves!
Meet at the yellow gate at Raging River at 9am. We will carpool up to the location being brushed.
We will be focusing on rhe RAGING TIGER- 2 way trail that leads from Poppin Tops over to PCT. Now that we have Ferdinand and Executive Decisions; this trail has become extra popular. Being ridden in both directions. Currently not great site lines due to overgrowth and not visible places to pull over without stepping into a ditch. The goal for Saturday is to expland visibility and widen the corridor to maximize safety.
Who us with me?! Bring your bike so we can get a ride in after.
Please wear sturdy shoes. Bring water and snacks and gardening gloves. I also recomend glasses to protect the eyes and long sleeves/ pants for brushing but not required.
