All booth spaces are sold by size only. Location will be determined by the festival organizer - vendors will be informed of specific booth location prior to load-in.
Camping will be allowed in/around the venue. If you intend to camp out of your space in a van you must purchase a minimum 20x20 space. Vehicles used in demo should be able to be left in place overnight. Security will be provided Friday and Saturday night.
HOW TO REGISTER
Registrations will not be considered complete until all documents, payments and product donations are received.

- Sign the exhibitor contract
- Register online (see the green button on this page) - you'll be also able to upload vendor documents (logo, certificate of insurance liability, tent fire certification), and pay the fees
