tandard dirt camp: skill building drills and games
in the morning and trail rides in the afternoon.
Prepare to refine foundational skills and progress
into more challenging terrain throughout the week
. And of course\, come prepared for lots of fun wi
th friends on the trails!\n \n \n \n Participants
must be 9-13 years old.\n \n \n \n Class Focus:\n
\n \n \n Basic Skill Refinement: improve balance
and bike-body separation\n Balance: bridges\, ski
nnies\, and games to improve coordination\n Uphil
l and Downhill: adding tech and steepness\n Obsta
cles: logs\, roots\, and rocks\n Drops and Jumps:
small to medium size (1/2 ft - 2 ft high)\n Bike
Maintenance: basic adjustments and fixes\n Trail
maintenance: One day will be focused on giving ba
ck to the trails we love and learning the basics o
