 nced Intermediate Co-Ed ride. This is a very long 
 ride with downhills on OTG\, East Summit\, ET\, an
 d Atlas. This is a technical moderate to faster-pa
 ced ride and not for beginners. There will be a ma
 ny long uphill climbs rewarded with many technical
  descents. Ride distance is about 15+ or - miles. 
 Bring a sandwich\, snacks\, and lots of water! We 
 will take several short breaks and one longer brea
 k to rest\, chat\, and eat!\n \n \n Route: We will
  ride Master Link (climb with some tech)\, Quick L
 ink (climb with some tech)\, OTG (Black descent wi
 th drops)\, Right for a long climb up the fire roa
 d back to East Summit\, East Summit (Blue descent)
 \, ET (Blue descent)\, Right on fire road for a lo
 ng climb to Cross Haul\, Cross Haul (climb)\, Insi
 de Passage (Blue with climbing and descent)\, Atla
 s (Spicy Blue descent)\, and NW Timber (Easy Blue 
 with climbing and descents).  \n \n \n Skill Level
 :\n Advanced Intermediate — capable of technical c
 limbing and descending on single black trails.\n \
 n \n Pace:\n Moderate — continuous pace with sever
 al short stops\; expect a good workout!\n \n \n Cr
 ank Sisters has a no-drop policy – we will regroup
  often.\n \n \n Our rides follow a “no drop” polic
 y — no rider will be left behind. However\, if a r
 ider’s skill level or equipment is not suitable fo
 r the planned route\, for safety and group integri
 ty\, the rider may be asked to return to the start
  with an escort. This ensures a safe and enjoyable
  experience for everyone.\n \n \n Age: This ride i
 s limited to 18+ years old unless riding with a pa
 rent or guardian.  All riders need to meet the abo
 ve experience requirements.\n \n \n E-Bikes:  King
  County Parks adopts the same position as DNR: You
  can legally use E-Bikes on trails if you have an

  lot on your right which is the lower lot.  Meet a
 t the lower lot by the gate to the fireroad.  \n \
