Evergreen MTB Festival 2023 will include a brand new Jump Zone!
This exciting new option provides access to various sized jump ramps with airbag landings, all faciliated by professional MTB Coach Robbie.
Riders will have the option to use small to large jump ramps into three different-sized airbags. Ramps will be set at various distances from the faces of the airbags depending on skill level. The riders will approach the jumps under their own power, with the option to use an elevated roll-in ramp.
Online presale of tickets is now closed. We would still love for you to join us!
Tickets are available on-site per-day, just stop by the Registration Tent.
Please note:
- Jump Zone use requires a paid reservation and Festival Pass.
- Participation in the Jump Zone requires an additional signed liability waiver, which will be completed on-site before you start your session.
- All sessions will be supervised by a coach.
- Helmets are required and not provided. Full face helmets are highly recommended.
- Riders with 24” wheels or larger will be allowed to participate.
- Parents or guardians must sign waivers for minors.
- Sessions are weather dependent.
Skill Level Options
Beginner
You're not comfortable jumping. You want to get some air but don’t know where to start. You may be trying to jump but not really getting it; air time is scary. Coach Robbie will work with you to break down what makes a great jump and how we must position ourselves to get the desired outcome. Riders will start on a small 2' airbag and are allowed first to roll over the jump into the airbag. With more speed and proper technique, you'll soon be airborne! Our goal is to move on to the medium airbag by the end of the session - but no pressure if you're not ready!
Beginner Sessions available:
Saturday, 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM
Saturday, 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM
Sunday, 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM
Sunday, 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM
Intermediate
You can jump, but it’s hit and miss: sometimes you're clearing jumps, and sometimes not. You're hesitant to send larger jumps but feel pretty good on most tabletops. You want to progress but are unsure what you're doing wrong, and gap jumps are scary. Coach Robbie will use video feedback and demonstration to support each rider's progress. You'll primarily work on a medium 4'5" airbag with two different ramp sizes. Once successful, you're encouraged to move on to the larger airbag.
Intermediate Sessions available:
Saturday, 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Saturday, 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM
Sunday, 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Sunday, 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM
Advanced
You're comfortable in the air; you already go big and land it. Gaps are not an issue; you’re ready to send and want to work on your next trick! Coach Robbie will work with advanced riders to provide feedback on your speed, style, and technique. Work on your whip, off-side whip, Table tops, no-handers, supermans, or 360s. Inverted tricks won’t be taught. You’ll have access to medium and large bags and ramps. Reduced time and group size for advanced riders is designed to maximize laps and opportunities for personal feedback from Coach Robbie.
Advanced Sessions available:
Saturday, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Saturday, 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM
