- Tuesday: Switch It Up: Obstacles, Wheel lifts and cornering
- Wednesday: Skinny Drop: Roll downs, Skinnies & Bridges, Drops
- Thursday: Jump Jam: Jumps and Pump Track
- Friday: Dig-N-Ride: Trail maintenance, Fix-A-Flat
