  7th at Beacon Hill and help us in recovery efforts for the areas of Sekani
  affected by the fires this past spring. We will be scattering native seed 
 to help kick start vegetation regrowth and reduce soil erosion. No trail bu
 ilding experience is necessary and everyone is encouraged to join us. We ne
 ed plenty of hands (and feet!) to help walk all of the trails that were aff
 ected by the fire.\n
We'll meet at the Boulder Beach parking lot, the Sekan
 i parking lot is closed while it is under construction. From there we'll di
 stribute supplies and hike up into Sekani.\n
We're reserving a backup date 
 on Nov 14th in case the weather doesn't allow for reseeding or if we still 
 have areas to reseed after this event. Feel free to sign up for both events
 .\n
When: Nov 7th, 9AM to 2PM\n
Where: Meet at 9AM at the Boulder Beach par
 king lot. Make sure to not park in the bike lane on Upriver if the lot is f
 ull.\n
What to bring: bring water, food, layers, especially rain layers, gl
 oves, and shoes you are comfortable hiking in.\n
