  Trail Boot Camp. Then Blue Trails Step It Up and Movin On. We'll have stop
 s to regroup and catch our breath, as well as general mountain biking tips.

Parking is in either the new lot or the old lot, and we'll meet at table
  shelter in the clearing. Parking will definitely be an issue, so come earl
 y, and if you need to park on the side of a road, look for signage that ind
 icates whether or not you can park there, and BE SAFE!\n
Bring a helmet, ma
 ke sure your bike is in well-maintained condition, you have flat-fixing too
 ls, and plenty of hydration and nutrition.\n

HOW TO FIND US:\n
Meet at 
 the Table Shelter in the Clearing at 11:00 AM. I'll be wearing a black full
  face Helmet with the Evergreen logo on it, and a black Evergreen shirt.  M

DETAILS:\n
Trails will be selected based on th
 e lowest skill level of the group or groups. There will be some tips on cor
 nering and body positioning, and some laps on Boot Camp to help with muscle
  memory. Then progressing difficulty in trail selection to practice it, all
  while keeping a social inclusive pace, and stops to rest and re-group.\n

 ECHNICAL DIFFICULTY\n
GREEN CIRCLE (BEGINNER): Green circle events are grea
 t for members that are new to the sport and those folks looking for rides t
 hat won’t present lots of obstacles. Green trails are mostly smooth with ve
 ry minor obstacles to overcome.\n
FITNESS-LEVEL\n
ONE-HEART (VERTICAL: LESS
  THAN 1,000 FT / DISTANCE: LESS THAN 10 MILES): Events with a single-heart 
 rating require minimal cardio and endurance fitness levels, are usually lap
  trails like Duthie &amp; Paradise Valley and the event will cover less tha
 n 10 miles in total distance. Single-heart trails also have minimal vertica
 l climbing.\n
We can do more or less based on the group, but plan for fun s
 ocial riding, and fitness building.\n
