We have suspended all Evergreen community events, education classes, volunteer work parties and in-person meetings through May 31st. This applies statewide across our 8 chapters. If you have signed up for an Evergreen-sponsored event happening during this time, you will be contacted by an administrator.

Good news: You can host a virtual event, and add it to the Evergreen calendar same way as any other event before. Simply log in and hit the New Event button.

Crank Sisters Coed Tiger Progressive Series #4: Summit Trail, Preston Railroad
This ride is for any gender.

Back by popular demand, the Tiger progressive series will progress to longer and more technical trails as the season goes on. Keep checking the calendar!
Starting time is 10:15 AM.  Please be on time--we cannot wait more than 10 minutes for late arrivers.
Ride leader contact info:  Rachel Robinson, 425-736-2382

We will split into fast and slow climbing groups, so you don't need to be a fast climber (or descender) to join this ride.
Suggested Equipment: elbow and knee armor, optional
Trails: We will climb Masterlink and Quicklink, then some fire road to reach the summit. We'll ride all of the Summit Trail and Preston, then take the road back to NW Timber.

This is subject to change based on weather, trail conditions, etc.
Conditions for cancellation: (heavy wind, lightning, etc.) If a ride must be canceled, the ride leader will attempt to contact anyone signed up by 3pm the day before the ride.
Grunt rating: We will climb about for 1-2 hours with breaks. Plan to ride for 3-4 hours.
Evergreen has a no-drop policy--we will regroup often and adjust the pace based on riders' preference.

Meet at the East Tiger Summit upper lot at 10am, near the bathrooms.  You will need a Discover Pass to park there--if you don't have one, park in the lower DOT lot by the highway and ride up to the upper lot--give yourself about 10 extra minutes to get up there.

Directions from I-90 (from Seattle or Eastside):  Take exit 23 (Highway 18) and turn right,  drive  4 miles and look for Tiger Mt. Summit on the right.  Pull into the parking lot, drive through the lot and go left on the gravel road up to the upper lot.
