Work Parties

Join us for a day on the beautiful Middle Fork of Snoqualmie River Trail for National Public Lands Day in collaboration with Mountains to Sound Greenway! For over a decade, Mountains to Sound Greenway has worked to protect the scenic Middle Fork Valley of the Snoqualmie River. On Saturday, September 30th, we will be teaming up with them and other organizations to celebrate this beautiful area and the opening of the newly paved road. Volunteers will work on tread repair and brushing to lay out new trail after hiking in approximately 1 mile with the last 1/4 of a mile being rather steep. After the work party REI will be hosting an optional NPLD family-friendly party at the nearby Middle Fork Campground with free food and beer for volunteers starting at 1:00 pm. All are invited!
