Advanced riders ride A LOT. They go further, faster, and bigger. The stoke factor is high, along with the risks. If most of your days are spent on your bike, you owe it to your friends, and to yourself, to know what to do when things go wrong. If you ride in the Backcountry, and like to get away from the rat race, your first aid training needs to match your adventure.

SOLO School of Wilderness Medicinecertification with CPR focuses on the type of emergencies that mountain bikers may face. Taught by mountain bikers and for mountain bikers, these are skills critical to your backcountry adventures. Courses topics include: Patient assessment system, lifting and moving, musculoskeletal injuries, spinal injuries and clearing, shock, bleeding, soft tissue injuries, head trauma, triage, medical emergencies, Incident command systems, communications (phone and satellite) training, and environmental injuries.
