Crank Sisters Intermediate Ride Olallie Trail

This ride if for anyone who identifies as female. We'll meet at the parking lot, ride up the John Wayne/Iron Horse trail for a couple of miles, then climb, climb, climb up through the forest to the first look out. Then we'll swoop down through the forest, ride out to the cars, and go home to do Thanksgiving type things.

Starting time is 8:30 AM.  Please be on time--we cannot wait more than 10 minutes for late arrivers. 

Ride leader contact info:  Sunna Kwun, once you are signed up, I will email you with contact information the day before the ride.
Suggested Equipment: water, backpack with some snacks, and spare bike tube (or however you like to fix flats)
Trails: technically easy out and back, wide forest trail
Grunt rating: intermediate 
Conditions for cancellation: (heavy wind, lightning, etc.) If a ride must be canceled, the ride leader will attempt to contact anyone signed up by 3pm the day before the ride.

Crank Sisters have a no-drop policy--we will regroup often and adjust the pace based on riders' preference.

Before you RSVP for this ride, please sign the waiver at evergreenmtb.org/my/waiver.   This waiver needs to be signed once  a year. When you click the link, it will tell you whether you have signed this year. If not, it will give you a link to sign it.

IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE RIDE, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR SPOT ONLINE AND/OR CONTACT THE RIDE LEADER ASAP. 

Before coming to the ride (for both ride leaders & participants):

·  Make sure to fill out our online waiver

·  Please perform a symptoms self-assessment

o    Take your temperature. Do you have a temperature above 100.4?

o    Do you have any COVID-related symptoms? 

o    Have you been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

o    If you answer yes to any of these questions, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE RIDE


·Please bring hand sanitizer and / or disinfectant wipes to use as needed if touching of a common surface is required
